The manufacturing process of handles

Each handle is manufactured to a high standard to ensure product quality.

1.die casting

The production of hardware handles begins with precision die-casting. honkingstar is equipped with 7 sets of fully automatic zinc alloy die-casting machines and 6 sets of aluminium alloy die-casting machines, which can simultaneously meet the needs of mass production of different materials.

2.Thread Forming

Tapping enables screws or bolts to be fixed reliably by cutting threads inside the handle. This technique ensures a solid connection, improves assembly efficiency and reduces the need for additional connectors. It is particularly suitable for custom parts made of aluminium and zinc alloys, and is a key technology in precision manufacturing to ensure the reliability and compatibility of component connections.

3.Polishing process

Honkingstar employs precision polishing to refine handles, eliminating burrs for a smooth and comfortable surface. This process enhances visual appeal while creating an optimal foundation for subsequent treatments like electroplating and spray painting, ensuring durable products with a premium finish.

4.surface treatment

Honkingstar provides three major surface processes: spraying/plating/anodising, which are suitable for metal/plastic/alloy materials, and through professional treatment, we can improve the wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and texture appearance of the products. Strict quality control ensures that the handles are durable and stable under extreme environments, helping customers to create highly competitive furniture handles.

5.quality control

Our professional quality inspection team consists of more than 10 members and is equipped with specialized experimental chambers. All products undergo comprehensive testing processes, including 48-hour salt spray testing, water immersion, chemical resistance, hardness evaluation, colorimeter analysis, constant temperature/humidity exposure, tensile strength assessment, and other rigorous examinations. This quality control system ensures every product meets or exceeds industry standards.

6.Shipment Completed

All pulls will be packaged after product inspection, each pull is individually wrapped with a foam pad and packed into a sealed bag, the larger ones are separated by cardboard to prevent collision, to ensure that each product reaches you perfectly, and products in stock can be arranged for shipment within 48 hours.
