Product performance testing
We conduct a series of performance tests to ensure our handles won’t degrade in performance during daily use.
Chemical Test:
Salt Water Test, Cross Cut and Detergent Soaking Test,The coating is mainly tested for discoloration and peeling by immersing it in reagents to detect its adhesion.
Salt spray test：
Salt spray test is divided into Neutral Salt Spray Test(NSS) and Acid Salt Apray Test(AASS).
Test the corrosion resistance of products by simulating different environments.
Color Difference Test：
Light Box：
Use light boxes to simulate different lighting conditions to evaluate the color performance and stability of coatings or materials under different light. By observing the color changes of products under different light sources, we can ensure that the products can maintain consistent color effects in various environments and meet the high standards of users for product appearance.
Colorimeter：
Colorimeters are mainly used to accurately measure the color differences of coatings or materials. With colorimeters, we can quantify the difference between product color and standard color samples to ensure that the color of each batch or each product is highly consistent. This not only helps to improve the overall aesthetics of the product, but also ensures that the product maintains consistent quality between different batches, enhancing user satisfaction and trust.
Coating Thickness Test:
Evaluate the uniformity of coating thickness and whether it meets design requirements to ensure product durability and aesthetics.
